Peer Review Process

1. Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's submission system. Each submission must adhere to the journal's formatting and guideline requirements.

2. Initial Check

The editorial team conducts an initial check to ensure that the manuscript meets the basic requirements and falls within the scope of the journal. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria are returned to the authors.

3. Assignment to Editor

Manuscripts that pass the initial check are assigned to an editor with expertise in the relevant field. The editor evaluates the manuscript's suitability for peer review.

4. Selection of Reviewers

The editor selects two or more qualified reviewers who have expertise in the subject area of the manuscript. Reviewers are chosen to ensure a balanced and unbiased review process.

5. Invitation to Reviewers

The selected reviewers are invited to review the manuscript. If they agree, they are given access to the manuscript and a specified time frame to complete their review (typically 2-4 weeks).

6. Review Process

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodological soundness, significance, and clarity. They provide detailed comments and recommendations, which may include:

  • Acceptance without revisions
  • Acceptance with minor revisions
  • Acceptance with major revisions
  • Rejection

7. Review Feedback

The editor collects the reviewers' feedback and makes a preliminary decision. If the reviewers' recommendations differ significantly, the editor may seek additional reviews.

8. Decision

Based on the reviewers' comments and recommendations, the editor makes one of the following decisions:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

The decision is communicated to the authors along with the reviewers' comments.

9. Revisions (if applicable)

If revisions are required, authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscript and resubmit it. The revised manuscript may be sent back to the original reviewers for further evaluation.

10. Final Decision

After satisfactory revisions are made, the editor makes the final decision. The manuscript is then accepted for publication or rejected.

11. Publication

Accepted manuscripts undergo copy-editing, proofreading, and formatting before being published in the journal. Authors are notified of the publication date and receive a final copy of their manuscript.

12. Post-Publication

The published article is made available online and indexed in relevant databases. Authors are encouraged to promote their work to ensure broad dissemination.
