The Vol. 2 No. 2, 2025 edition of Jurnal Hukum Keluarga presents a collection of in-depth academic studies on contemporary issues in Islamic family law. The articles in this issue explore both theoretical and empirical discussions on the evolution of family law regulations, the implementation of marriage and divorce policies, the protection of women’s and children’s rights within the family, and the challenges of applying Islamic law in an ever-changing social landscape.
