Jurnal Hukum Keluarga (JHK) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and constitutes unethical publishing behavior. To ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts, JHK employs Turnitin, a leading plagiarism detection software.

AI Policy Statement

Journal of Family Law (Jurnal Hukum Keluarga/JHK) permits the limited use of AI-assisted technologies for language editing, grammar checking, and translation support. Any use of AI tools in manuscript preparation must be transparently disclosed by the author(s).

Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, citations, arguments, and ethical integrity of their manuscripts. AI tools may not be listed as authors.

The journal strictly prohibits the undisclosed use of AI for generating scientific content, legal analysis, fabricated data, or false references. Any unethical or undisclosed use of AI may result in manuscript rejection, revision requests, or retraction in accordance with publication ethics and international academic standards.
